ENGINEERING
For our specialist engineers, this means always looking for smarter, simpler and more cost-effective ways to design systems for our clients. We design our systems from architectural drawings or work from existing designs.

Additionally, we ensure that the system will generate the data we require to monitor and measure performance. We also re-engineer existing designs to improve safety for long term servicing by technicians
CONSTRUCT
Every project starts with a site safety plan documenting risks and mitigation before we begin. A quality plan is also developed to ensure installations are performed without defective products or workmanship. In the next phase, a commissioning and hand-over plan is developed to ensure installed systems will be completed on time and in accordance with the commissioning program. Only once planning is complete do we construct. Our secret to a trouble-free construction schedule is to provide quality supervisors who think two steps ahead of the game.
MANAGE
We manage all areas of focus on each project including scope, quality, time and cost. We proactively look for risks and implement mitigation strategies.
